Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an entrepreneur and philosopher. He launched Social Discovery Group, an international technological organization with headquarters in Malta, and co-owns Dating Group.

In 2016, he founded the SDG Foundation.

He has earned a PhD in philosophical science and co-founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Philosophy Department of Moscow State University.
